Information Pinewave may receive

Pinewave may receive information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, company name, phone number, project goals, uploaded files, and any reference links or notes sent through the website.

The site may also receive limited technical information through normal hosting and delivery logs, such as browser type, device type, approximate region, and requested pages.

How the information is used

  • To review and respond to business inquiries.
  • To quote, plan, and deliver website, branding, automation, software, or 3D-printing work.
  • To keep project communication organized.
  • To maintain site reliability and reduce misuse.

Website form submissions and uploads

The Pinewave contact flow accepts project details and file uploads such as logos, screenshots, PDFs, sketches, and brand assets. Those submissions are processed through Pinewave's Cloudflare-hosted workflow and delivered through the email service Pinewave uses for business communication.

Uploaded files are used only for quoting, planning, project review, revision handling, or delivery-related communication.

Sharing and disclosure

Pinewave does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers only when needed to host the site, process website submissions, deliver email, or handle future project operations such as protected login, storage, or payment services.

Information may also be disclosed if required for legal compliance, site security, or abuse prevention.

Retention

Inquiry records, emails, attachments, and project correspondence may be retained for normal business operations, follow-up, quoting, delivery planning, and project history.

Third-party services

Pinewave uses third-party services to support the website, including hosting and delivery infrastructure, typography resources, and transactional email handling. Those providers may process technical request information as part of normal website operation.

Your choices

If you want information corrected or removed from active communication records, email pinewavetechllc@gmail.com with enough detail for Pinewave to identify the request.
